Marvel Rivals Halloween Rewards: 100 Units Without a Draw

You do not need a costume draw to claim the 100 Units attached to Marvel Rivals’ Avengers: Endgame photo activity. Visit the iconic-scene photo walls outside the Avengers’ Gift Shop in Times Square and take a group photo with the NPCs. The event also has a separate screening reward: watch continuously for two minutes to unlock an Avengers: Endgame Gallery Card.

These activities overlap with Night of Illusions, the five-room puzzle event introduced on October 29. They share the season, but not the deadline or the task list. Keeping the photo, screening and puzzle rewards separate is the easiest way to avoid finishing one activity and assuming you have collected everything.

Two Times Square activities, two different actions

The October 22 official patch notes give a precise condition for each reward. The screening is in the Times Square viewing area and requires two continuous minutes of watching. The photo reward is outside the Avengers’ Gift Shop and requires a group photo with the NPCs at the iconic-scene walls.

Taking the photo does not replace the two-minute screening. Likewise, watching the film clips does not complete the photo task. If you are making a short visit, do the activity whose reward you want and confirm it before moving on. For the screening, allow one uninterrupted two-minute stretch rather than assuming several brief visits will satisfy a continuous-watch requirement.

Both Times Square activities run until November 26 at 09:00 UTC, which is November 26 at 17:00 in Beijing. This leaves a later claim window than the Halloween weekend itself. You can fit the visit around normal matches, but the fixed end time still matters if you plan to leave it until the final day.

Night of Illusions adds five rooms and another reward track

The October 29 update introduces Night of Illusions as a mystery built around Elsa Bloodstone investigating a bizarre house. Players explore five rooms and solve puzzles. Its listed rewards include rare Gallery Cards, Units and Sprays, so it offers a different kind of seasonal activity from the combat-focused Path to Doomsday mode.

The five rooms describe the exploration content, not five promised costume drops. Check the event’s own reward display for the milestones attached to your progress. A solved puzzle, an unlocked room and a claimed reward are different states; make sure you have checked the reward side as well as the story side.

Night of Illusions runs until December 31 at 09:00 UTC, or December 31 at 17:00 Beijing time. It therefore does not disappear at the end of October. If you are choosing between a leisurely puzzle session and a shorter-window activity, compare their actual end dates instead of treating every Halloween-branded page as a weekend-only task.

The Winter Soldier bundle is included here because its store window sits close to the Times Square deadline. It is a purchase listing, not one of the photo or puzzle rewards. The October 29 patch gives that bundle an availability period from October 30 at 02:00 UTC to November 27 at 02:00 UTC; it does not attach the same end date to every other store addition.

Storm and Iron Man’s Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls bundles, plus the listed emoji, chroma and Ultimate Ability VFX additions, are announced as available from October 30 at 02:00 UTC. A start date on that list should not be read as a shared expiry date. Inspect the specific item if it is part of your shopping plan.

Claim the activity rewards before building a store budget

The photo task’s confirmed 100 Units is a specific reward, not the total value of all Halloween activities. Night of Illusions also lists Units, but that does not justify adding an assumed amount to your balance. Base any purchase plan on what you have actually claimed and on the currency shown on the item you want.

If you decide on an optional top-up for a store purchase, review the Marvel Rivals product page. The photo and screening tasks themselves remain actions to complete in Times Square; purchasing a cosmetic is not a substitute for either one.

For a short session, the two-minute screening and the NPC photo give you clearly defined targets. For a longer visit, Night of Illusions offers the five-room mystery. Pick the activity that fits your time, then confirm the reward attached to that activity rather than relying on the season’s overall theme.
