Genshin Impact 7.2 Phase 1 Banners: Mitya, Furina and Weapon Pull Guide
The full Genshin Impact 7.2 Phase 1 banner lineup is here: Mitya debuts alongside Furina's rerun, with Valeriy, Charlotte and Rosaria featured on both character banners. The weapon banner pairs Starsealed Edict with Splendor of Tranquil Waters.
The wishes begin after the November 4 update, expected to finish around 11:00 UTC+8 (03:00 UTC). The English wish notice lists an end time of November 24, 2026, at 17:59; check the timer in your server's Wish screen before making last-day plans.

Character Banners: Who Should Consider Mitya or Furina?
Mitya: More Interesting When He Fills a Missing Role
Mitya is worth considering if your account lacks both a carry for the Stellar reaction system and an Electro main DPS. His ability to play on-field or apply Electro from off-field gives him two possible roles.
Players with a Cryo Stellar-Conduct carry but no suitable off-field Electro partner, such as Yae Miko or Alyosha, can also consider him. If those roles are already covered, however, the reason to pull becomes less compelling. His off-field flexibility alone does not make replacing an established teammate necessary.
Furina: A Targeted Upgrade for Certain Skirk Accounts
For a Skirk team without Vodyanitsa, consider limiting your Furina target to one additional copy at most, whether that means unlocking C0, moving from C0 to C1, or reaching C2 from C1.
If Vodyanitsa already covers the intended role in your Skirk team, you can put Furina lower on your list. For other teams, additional investment is less urgent unless you have a specific upgrade in mind. Check where she would fit before committing to a new character or more Constellations.
Featured 4-Star Characters: Valeriy, Charlotte and Rosaria

Valeriy is the new character in this lineup. He combines a shield with off-field Electro application and support for Electro damage, with additional value for Electro Stellar-Conduct damage. That makes him a particularly natural partner for Mitya, who wants protection while completing his on-field attacks.
Charlotte offers healing and Cryo application, making her a useful roster option for Imaginarium Theater. Rosaria supplies off-field Cryo, though building her is a lower priority if your existing teams already have the Cryo support they need.
For a newer account, Mitya + Valeriy + Charlotte + Rosaria can form a budget Stellar-Conduct team. It provides shielding, healing and the required elements, without relying on additional limited 5-star teammates.
5-Star Weapons: A Strong Catalyst With a More Specialized Partner

Starsealed Edict: High Stats, With Conditions Attached
Mitya's signature Catalyst offers impressive numbers. At Level 90 and Refinement Rank 1, its secondary stat and passive provide 112.2% general CRIT DMG. At full stacks, it also grants 120 Elemental Mastery and, under the required Stellar-Conduct state, another 36% CRIT DMG specifically for the wielder's Stellar-Conduct damage.
That brings its contribution to qualifying reaction damage to 148.2% CRIT DMG. Other damage does not receive the reaction-only portion, and the stacking bonuses should not be treated as permanently active. It can still be useful outside its ideal team, but its full value depends on the wielder and rotation.
Mitya also has usable 4-star alternatives: Dawning Frost, Winter's Heavy Heart and Clash of Kings are options to compare with your existing equipment. Sacrificial Fragments and The Widsith can serve as lower-cost alternatives if already available. Owning a suitable substitute makes the signature weapon less urgent.
Splendor of Tranquil Waters: Check Energy Needs First
Furina's signature Sword is a more specialized choice. Its HP and Elemental Skill damage bonuses can improve her personal damage, but it does not solve the Energy Recharge needed to use her Burst consistently.
Favonius Sword remains practical when energy is the limiting factor. On accounts that already meet their energy needs, Key of Khaj-Nisut may be worth comparing for teams that benefit from its Elemental Mastery sharing. Higher Constellations change the energy calculation, but do not make the same weapon optimal in every team.
Approach this weapon banner carefully unless you would be comfortable obtaining either featured 5-star. Starsealed Edict's appeal should be weighed against your actual use for Splendor, rather than considered in isolation.
Featured 4-Star Weapons and Potential Users

The three event-exclusive 4-star weapons are The Dockhand's Assistant, Prospector's Drill and Dawning Frost. Rainslasher and Rust are also featured.
The Dockhand's Assistant: an HP-focused option for Kuki Shinobu, Nilou, Layla or Kirara, depending on their role and available alternatives.
Dawning Frost: a potential option for Mitya, Nefer, Nahida, Klee or Yanfei. Its value depends on whether their team and damage profile make use of its bonuses.
Prospector's Drill: a situational option for Chevreuse. Consider her build and healing-related passive conditions before prioritizing it over a support-focused weapon.
Rainslasher and Rust: both have specific users, but their presence adds less reason to pull if your account already has suitable alternatives.
Overall Pull Advice
This is a serviceable Phase 1 lineup rather than a banner every account needs. Mitya and Valeriy are most appealing when they fill gaps in a Stellar-Conduct roster; Furina's priority depends on the team you are actually improving. The weapon banner is easier to justify when both 5-stars would be useful.
Match your wishes to those needs, use the character trials, and compare the weapons you already own before spending more. If you decide to add Genesis Crystals, you can check the Genshin Impact top-up options on Topuplist after settling your pull budget.
