ZZZ Remielle Build Guide: Best W-Engines, Drive Discs, Teams, Rotations & F2P Options

·ZZZ Guides Hub

Remielle Dan is an upcoming S-Rank Lumiflux Anomaly Agent who combines off-field support, Attribute Anomaly amplification, teamwide buffs, and powerful Luminize follow-up damage.

Unlike a conventional Anomaly DPS, Remielle does not simply enter the field and build a normal Attribute Anomaly. She applies Lumen Buildup Points, converts teammates’ anomaly triggers into Mutation reactions, stores their Anomaly Pools as Anomaly Rounds, and later releases that stored damage through Luminize.

This Remielle build guide covers her best W-Engines, Drive Discs, main stats, teams, rotations, skill priority, F2P options, and the most important mistakes to avoid.

Pre-Release Notice: Remielle has been officially revealed, but her final combat values, W-Engine effects, Drive Disc set and banner details have not been finalized publicly. Recommendations in this guide are based on current pre-release information and should be checked again after Version 3.1 launches. HoYoverse also notes that Season 3 characters remain subject to development adjustments.

The most important difference between Remielle and standard Anomaly characters is that Anomaly Mastery is not automatically her best Disc 6 stat. Her Lumen Buildup Points are generated directly through specific attacks rather than ordinary Anomaly Buildup, making ATK% substantially more valuable under the current kit.

How Remielle Works

The official Remielle Agent Record confirms her identity and faction, while her current pre-release combat profile identifies her as a Lumiflux Anomaly Agent from the Covenant of Dayat.

Her gameplay revolves around four connected mechanics.

Lumen Buildup Points

Remielle applies Lumen Buildup Points through attacks such as the fourth hit of her Basic Attack, EX Special Attack, Chain Attack and autonomous Flight Stance attacks.

When an enemy carrying a Lumen Buildup Point is about to enter an Attribute Anomaly state, that anomaly can be converted into a Mutation reaction.

Mutation

Mutation amplifies the Anomaly Pool associated with the triggered Attribute Anomaly. The amplification is affected by Remielle’s Mutation Coefficient, which scales with her Anomaly Proficiency.

This is why Anomaly Proficiency remains one of her most important stats even though she does not function like a conventional on-field anomaly builder.

Anomaly Rounds and Luminize

When teammates trigger Mutation, Remielle can store the resulting Anomaly Pools as Anomaly Rounds.

She can then release the stored damage through Luminize after using specific attacks, including Maximum Firepower, Ultimate: Entrance and Ultimate: Finale.

This makes her personal damage heavily dependent on:

  • How effectively the team triggers Attribute Anomalies

  • How many useful Anomaly Rounds she stores

  • Her Anomaly Proficiency

  • The timing of her Luminize attack

Flight Stance

After preparing Flight Energy and using her Special or EX Special Attack, Remielle can enter Flight Stance when the player switches to another Agent.

While flying, she acts autonomously, applies Lumen Buildup Points and supports the active Agent. Entering Flight Stance also provides a long-duration squadwide damage bonus under the current kit.

This gives Remielle a quick-swap rhythm: set up her resources, move off-field, let teammates trigger anomalies, and return for a powerful Luminize finisher. Current pre-release skill descriptions list an 18% squad damage bonus after entering Flight Stance, although the value may change before release.

Poem of the Empty Feather Return

Poem of the Empty Feather Return is Remielle’s current signature W-Engine and is expected to remain her best-in-slot option.

Its pre-release effect provides a large amount of Anomaly Proficiency. Triggering Mutation also increases Remielle’s Attribute Anomaly damage and grants a damage bonus to the entire squad.

The long duration is especially valuable because Remielle spends significant time off-field. She does not need to interrupt the team’s main rotation constantly to refresh the effect.

The signature is most valuable when:

  • Remielle is used in a fully developed triple-Anomaly team

  • The team triggers Mutation consistently

  • You want both personal damage and teamwide amplification

  • You already have the required teammates

Fusion Compiler

Fusion Compiler is the safest existing S-Rank alternative for personal damage.

It provides PEN Ratio, increases ATK and grants stacking Anomaly Proficiency after using Special or EX Special Attacks. Remielle naturally uses these attacks while setting up Flight Stance, making the passive reasonably practical.

The main drawback is that its AP stacks have separate durations. Poorly timed rotations may prevent Remielle’s strongest Luminize attack from benefiting from every stack.

Flamemaker Shaker

Flamemaker Shaker is particularly interesting because Remielle regularly leaves the field after entering Flight Stance.

Its effects provide Energy regeneration while off-field and can increase both damage and Anomaly Proficiency. It is therefore a strong comfort option for rotations that need more frequent EX Special Attacks.

However, it is not a realistic F2P recommendation because of its limited availability.

Timeweaver

Timeweaver supplies useful ATK and conditional Anomaly Proficiency, but its Electric Anomaly Buildup bonus does not benefit a Lumiflux Agent.

Use it as a stat stick when it is already available and unoccupied. Do not pull it specifically for Remielle.

Electro-Lip Gloss

Electro-Lip Gloss provides Anomaly Proficiency and rewards fighting enemies affected by Attribute Anomalies.

Its passive is easy to maintain in Remielle’s intended teams, but it is tied to the Battle Pass and is therefore not a completely free option.

Weeping Gemini

Weeping Gemini is the recommended F2P starting point.

Every Attribute Anomaly inflicted by a squad member can grant an Anomaly Proficiency stack. Remielle’s teams naturally trigger anomalies repeatedly, allowing the W-Engine to reach a meaningful AP total.

Its weakness is consistency. Stacks expire when the target recovers from Stun or is defeated, making it less reliable in short waves and multi-target stages.

Current pre-release comparisons identify Poem of the Empty Feather Return as her likely best option, with Fusion Compiler, Flamemaker Shaker, Electro-Lip Gloss and Weeping Gemini among the main alternatives.

Best Drive Discs for Remielle

Best Set: 4-Piece Feathered Fate

Feathered Fate is currently designed around Remielle’s Lumiflux mechanics.

Its pre-release set bonuses provide:

  • 2-piece: ATK +10%

  • 4-piece: Additional Anomaly Proficiency and Attribute Anomaly damage for a Lumiflux Agent

The effect can remain active while Remielle is off-field, matching the way Flight Stance functions. This makes it much more reliable than a set that requires her to stay active for an extended period.

Best 2-Piece Sets

Use one of the following:

  • Freedom Blues: Best when your Remielle needs more Anomaly Proficiency.

  • Astral Voice: Best when you are still below the desired ATK level.

  • Any strong 2-piece set: A temporary combination with excellent AP and ATK% substats can outperform a poorly rolled theoretical best set.

Do not destroy a strong transitional build merely to equip four weak pieces of Feathered Fate immediately.

Substats

AP = ATK% > PEN > Flat ATK

Best balance of personal and team value

Under the current pre-release kit, Remielle’s squad ATK buff scales with her initial ATK. In a triple-Anomaly squad, the maximum listed buff is 1,600 ATK and requires approximately 4,000 initial ATK on Remielle.

Treat 4,000 ATK as an endgame optimization target rather than a mandatory starting requirement. A lower-ATK build with substantially better Anomaly Proficiency and clean substats can still perform well.

Does Remielle Need Anomaly Mastery?

Anomaly Mastery is not currently recommended as her default Disc 6 main stat.

Remielle applies fixed Lumen Buildup Points through designated attacks instead of relying entirely on normal Attribute Anomaly Buildup. Anomaly Mastery therefore does not improve every important part of her rotation.

ATK% contributes to both her personal damage and her team buff, making it the more complete option.

Should Remielle Build CRIT?

CRIT should not be prioritized over Anomaly Proficiency or ATK%.

Her defining damage comes from Mutation, stored Anomaly Pools and Luminize rather than a standard CRIT-focused direct-damage rotation. CRIT rolls are not completely useless on direct attacks, but they should be treated as secondary bonuses.

Best Remielle Teams

Remielle works best as a support and sub-DPS in Anomaly compositions. Her highest support cap currently requires three Anomaly Agents, although functional two-Anomaly teams remain possible.

Squad order also matters. Current pre-release information states that Remielle’s Lumiflux damage can inherit the Attribute type of the Agent positioned immediately to her right.

Current team recommendations consistently identify Velina as one of Remielle’s strongest partners. Burnice, Vivian, Promeia, Aria, Miyabi, Jane, Alice, Grace and Piper are among the current potential Anomaly teammates.

Best Premium Team: Remielle, Velina and Promeia

Velina is an excellent Remielle partner because she contributes Wind Anomaly damage, team amplification and Daze.

Promeia can occupy more active field time while Remielle supports from Flight Stance. The team benefits from three Anomaly Agents, allowing Remielle to reach the highest version of her ATK buff.

A similar structure can be used with Aria or another compatible on-field Anomaly DPS.

Best Remielle Team Without Velina

Velina is powerful, but she is not mandatory.

One of the strongest alternatives is:

Remielle + Burnice + Miyabi

Burnice applies Fire Anomaly Buildup from off-field, allowing Miyabi to remain active and trigger additional reactions. Remielle adds Mutation, team buffs and Luminize damage without demanding long field time.

Vivian can replace Burnice in teams where her coordinated attacks and anomaly support better match the chosen carry.

Best F2P Remielle Team

A practical low-cost team is:

Remielle + Piper + Lucy

Piper supplies Physical Anomaly Buildup and acts as the main on-field damage dealer. Lucy provides an accessible ATK buff and off-field boar attacks.

This team does not activate Remielle’s maximum triple-Anomaly ATK cap, but it is much easier to assemble than teams containing two additional limited S-Rank Agents.

Players who own Grace through the Stable Channel can also try:

Remielle + Grace + Piper

This creates a full triple-Anomaly composition without requiring another limited Agent, although its real performance should be evaluated after Remielle releases.

Does Remielle Need Three Anomaly Agents?

No, but three Anomaly Agents currently provide her highest support ceiling.

Her Additional Ability increases the maximum team ATK bonus according to the number of Anomaly Agents in the squad. The current listed caps are substantially higher in a triple-Anomaly team.

A two-Anomaly team may still be preferable when the third slot provides exceptional utility, easier gameplay or stronger account-level value.

Remielle Rotation and How to Play Her

Remielle’s ideal rotation is built around entering Flight Stance, applying Lumen Buildup Points, triggering Mutation through teammates and returning to consume stored Anomaly Rounds.

Basic Remielle Rotation

  1. Start with Remielle and use her EX Special Attack to apply Lumen Buildup Points.

  2. Hold Special after the attack to prepare Shift Stance.

  3. Switch to the main Anomaly DPS when Remielle has sufficient Flight Energy.

  4. Remielle enters Flight Stance and begins assisting automatically.

  5. Use the active Agents to trigger Attribute Anomalies and Mutation.

  6. Continue until Remielle stores useful Anomaly Rounds.

  7. After three Mutation reactions in Flight Stance, switch back when Ultimate: Entrance becomes available.

  8. Use Ultimate: Entrance or Chain Attack to enter Rank Up.

  9. Hold Basic Attack to use True: Maximum Firepower and trigger a stronger Luminize.

  10. Rebuild Flight Energy and repeat.

Beginner Rotation

For easier content, use a simplified loop:

Remielle EX Special → Hold Special → Switch to DPS → Trigger Anomaly → Return to Remielle → Hold Basic Attack

This is less optimized but teaches the essential resource cycle without requiring perfect tracking of every Anomaly Round.

Rotation Tips

Do not immediately consume Anomaly Rounds after storing only one weak Anomaly Pool unless the battle is about to end.

Whenever possible:

  • Store high-value Anomaly Pools

  • Use Chain Attack or Ultimate: Entrance to gain Rank Up

  • Consume the rounds with True: Maximum Firepower

  • Align Luminize with Stun and team buff windows

  • Refresh Flight Stance before the team damage bonus expires

Ultimate: Entrance can also extend an enemy’s current Stun duration under the present kit, making its timing especially valuable during boss damage windows.

Remielle Skill Priority

Use the following upgrade order:

Core Skill > Chain Attack and Ultimate = Basic Attack > Special Attack > Dodge and Assist

Core Skill

The Core Skill is the highest priority because it improves the mechanics behind Mutation, Anomaly Round storage, Luminize and Remielle’s team utility.

Chain Attack and Ultimate

These attacks trigger major Luminize damage and interact with Rank Up. Ultimate: Entrance also provides additional Stun-window utility.

Basic Attack

Basic Attack should not be ignored. Maximum Firepower and True: Maximum Firepower are central to consuming Anomaly Rounds.

Special Attack

Remielle needs her Special and EX Special for setup, but current pre-release data indicates that increasing the skill level does not directly improve every important Mutation or Luminize component.

Players with limited materials can leave it behind Core, Chain and Basic levels.

Remielle M0W1 or M1W0?

Based on current information, M0W1 is likely the safer investment for most players.

Her signature W-Engine provides Anomaly Proficiency and teamwide benefits that function in every normal rotation. It strengthens both Remielle and the Agents she supports.

M1 currently improves Luminize by allowing it to ignore a large amount of enemy resistance and adds Decibel generation after Ultimate: Entrance. This could become a powerful personal damage upgrade, but its final value depends heavily on launch calculations.

Recommended provisional priority:

  • General account: M0W0

  • Dedicated Anomaly account: M0W1

  • Remielle-focused account: Compare M1W0 and M0W1 after launch testing

  • F2P player: Keep M0 and use Weeping Gemini unless Remielle’s signature has exceptional verified value

Do not make the final pull decision using beta percentages alone.

Best Bangboo for Remielle

Remielle does not currently have one universal Bangboo recommendation for every team.

Choose a Bangboo that:

  • Matches the primary Anomaly Attribute of the team

  • Has its additional passive activated by your two teammates

  • Helps trigger the Attribute Anomaly needed for Mutation

  • Does not disrupt the intended anomaly order

For example, a Piper and Lucy budget team should prioritize a Bangboo that benefits from having two Sons of Calydon members rather than forcing a premium option whose passive remains inactive.

Common Remielle Build Mistakes

Using Anomaly Mastery Automatically

Remielle does not build her unique resource in exactly the same way as a normal Anomaly Agent. ATK% is currently the stronger general Disc 6 recommendation.

Ignoring Squad Order

The Agent placed immediately to Remielle’s right can affect the Attribute type associated with her Lumiflux damage. Test the intended order rather than arranging the team randomly.

Building CRIT Before AP and ATK

CRIT does not improve the core Mutation and stored Anomaly mechanics as efficiently as Anomaly Proficiency and ATK.

Entering Flight Stance Without Enough Setup

Entering Flight Stance at the wrong time can leave Remielle unavailable when you need to switch back to her. Prepare Flight Energy and the next anomaly sequence first.

Consuming Weak Anomaly Rounds Too Early

Luminize inherits value from stored Anomaly Pools. Consuming low-value rounds immediately can waste the strongest part of her kit.

Forcing Three Anomaly Agents at Any Cost

Triple Anomaly unlocks Remielle’s highest ATK buff cap, but a well-built two-Anomaly team can still outperform a weak triple-Anomaly lineup with poor synergy.

Farming Pre-Release Gear Too Aggressively

Feathered Fate and Remielle’s exact values may still change. Save enough resources to adjust after Version 3.1 launches.

Remielle Build FAQ

What is Remielle’s best W-Engine?

Poem of the Empty Feather Return is currently expected to be her best W-Engine because it provides Anomaly Proficiency and rewards Mutation with personal and squadwide damage bonuses.

What is Remielle’s best F2P W-Engine?

Weeping Gemini is the best current F2P baseline. It provides ATK and gains Anomaly Proficiency as squad members trigger Attribute Anomalies.

What are Remielle’s best Drive Discs?

The current recommendation is 4-piece Feathered Fate with 2-piece Freedom Blues or Astral Voice.

What main stats should Remielle use?

Use Anomaly Proficiency on Disc 4, ATK% on Disc 5 and ATK% on Disc 6.

How much ATK does Remielle need?

Approximately 4,000 initial ATK is the current target for reaching the maximum version of her triple-Anomaly squad ATK buff. This is an endgame target, not a minimum requirement.

Does Remielle need Velina?

No. Velina is one of her best partners, but Remielle can also support teams using Burnice, Vivian, Miyabi, Jane, Alice, Grace, Piper and other compatible Anomaly Agents.

Can Remielle work without a triple-Anomaly team?

Yes. Triple Anomaly offers her highest support cap, but she can still function in two-Anomaly teams with a strong Support or another valuable specialist.

Is Remielle a main DPS?

Remielle is currently best described as a support and sub-DPS. She enters briefly to set up her mechanics, supports from Flight Stance and returns to trigger Luminize.

Should Remielle build Anomaly Mastery?

Not as her default Disc 6 choice. ATK% currently provides greater overall value because her Lumen Buildup Points do not rely entirely on normal Anomaly Buildup.

Final Verdict

Remielle’s best current build uses Poem of the Empty Feather Return, 4-piece Feathered Fate, and a combination of Anomaly Proficiency and ATK%.

Her ideal endgame setup aims toward 4,000 ATK while maintaining as much Anomaly Proficiency as possible. Velina appears to be her strongest general partner, but Remielle can also operate in Burnice, Miyabi, Vivian, Jane, Grace and Piper teams.

For F2P players, Weeping Gemini and a Remielle–Piper–Lucy team provide a realistic starting point. The most important part of playing Remielle is not owning every premium teammate—it is learning when to apply Lumen Buildup Points, enter Flight Stance, store Anomaly Rounds and release them through Luminize.

Because Remielle remains unreleased, avoid committing every resource until her final Version 3.1 values and live-server performance are available.
