Who Is Shenhe?

Shenhe is a 5-star Cryo Polearm character from Liyue, released in Version 2.4 (January 5, 2022). She is a disciple of an adeptus whose gameplay centers on Icy Quill, a buff that adds flat Cryo DMG to teammates' Cryo attacks based on her own ATK. She is the premier Cryo support in the game, amplifying the DMG of Cryo DPS characters like Kamisato Ayaka and Ganyu. Her Burst also shreds Cryo and Physical RES, making her invaluable in Freeze and Melt teams.

Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Dawnstar Piercer

Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes stamina for a forward lunge.
Plunging Attack: Deals AoE DMG on impact.

Elemental Skill: Spring Spirit Summoning

Grants all nearby party members Icy Quill — DMG instances of Cryo Normal/Charged/Plunge/Skill/Burst attacks gain a flat bonus scaling off Shenhe's ATK.
