Who Is Lyney?

Lyney is a limited 5-star Pyro Bow character from Fontaine, released in Version 4.0 (August 16, 2023). He is the Great Magician of Fontaine and performs alongside his sister Lynette. Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Card Force Translocation

Performs up to 4 consecutive bow shots.
Charged Attack Level 2: Fires a Prop Arrow that deals Pyro DMG and summons a Grin-Malkin Hat.
Grin-Malkin Hat: Taunts enemies for 4s. When destroyed or expires, fires a Pyrotechnic Strike dealing Pyro DMG.
Prop Surplus: When HP > 60%, firing Prop Arrows consumes HP to gain 1 stack (max 5). Used by Elemental Skill.
Spiritbreath Thorn: Every 6s, Prop Arrow deals Pneuma-aligned Pyro DMG.

Elemental Skill: Bewildering Lights

Cooldown: 15s.

Consumes all Prop Surplus stacks to deal AoE Pyro DMG. More stacks = more DMG + more healing.
If a Grin-Malkin Hat exists, it explodes dealing AoE Pyro DMG (counts as Charged Attack DMG).
Use at end of rotation to maximize stacks consumed.

Elemental Burst: Wondrous Trick: Miracle Parade

Energy Cost: 60. Cooldown: 15s.

Transforms into a Grin-Malkin Cat that moves quickly and deals Pyro DMG to nearby enemies.
When duration ends, deals AoE Pyro DMG, summons a Grin-Malkin Hat, and grants 1 Prop Surplus stack.
