Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Nameless Wind

Not used in combat. Mizuki cannot perform Normal or Charged Attacks during her Dreamdrifter state.

Elemental Skill: Floating World Dream

Cooldown: 16s. Duration: 5s (extendable to 10s).

Enters Dreamdrifter state, floating in the air and periodically firing Anemo projectiles at enemies.
While in this state, all party members' Swirl DMG is increased based on Mizuki's Elemental Mastery.
Can collect Elemental Burst snacks remotely for healing.
Duration Extension: Triggering Swirl extends the state by 2.5s, up to 2 times per activation.
