Nilou is a limited 5-star Hydro Sword character from Sumeru, released in Version 3.1 (September 28, 2022). She is the star of the Zubayr Theater and a devoted dancer whose grace translates into devastating Hydro application. Nilou's unique A1 passive transforms standard Bloom reactions into Bountiful Cores — special Dendro Cores that detonate faster, deal more damage in a larger AoE, and cannot be converted into Hyperbloom or Burgeon. Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Dance of Samser

Performs up to 3 consecutive sword strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes stamina to perform a twirling slash.
Plunging Attack: Plunges to deal AoE DMG on impact.

Elemental Skill: Dance of Haftkarsvar

Cooldown: 18s.

Enters the Pirouette state, dealing Hydro DMG that scales off Max HP.
After the third dance step, triggers one of two effects based on input:
- Sword Dance: Enters Lunar Prayer state, converting Normal Attacks into Sword Dance techniques that deal Hydro DMG.
- Whirling Steps: Creates a Whirling Water Wheel and a Tranquility Aura that follows the active character, applying the Wet status to nearby enemies.
