Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Weaving Blade

Performs up to 4 consecutive sword strikes.
Not recommended to level up until C6. Her damage comes from off-field Tamoto dolls.

Elemental Skill: Fluttering Hasode

Cooldown: 16s. Duration: 17s (Tamoto).

Tap: Dashes forward dealing Geo DMG, summons 1 Tamoto doll.
Hold: Enters aiming mode, then dashes to target location.
Tamoto Doll: Attacks nearby enemies every 3.6s, dealing Geo DMG based on Chiori's ATK and DEF (DEF scaling is higher).
