MLBB Weekly Diamond Pass: Why 220 Diamonds Aren’t Instant

·MLBB Guides Hub

MLBB’s Weekly Diamond Pass delivers 220 Diamonds across a week, but the purchase grant is 80 Diamonds. The other 140 come from 7 daily claims of 20. If a skin or shop offer closes soon, the useful number is how many Diamonds you can actually collect before it disappears.

That distinction makes the pass easier to judge. It can suit a purchase you are saving toward, while a last-minute shortfall may require a different solution. Start with your current balance, add the purchase grant, and count the daily claims still available within your buying window.

MLBB Weekly Diamond Pass rewards: 80 now, 140 through claims

Codashop’s Weekly Diamond Pass benefits list 80 Diamonds immediately and another 20 daily for 7 days. The full Diamond payout is therefore 80 + (20 × 7) = 220. The initial grant and the daily rewards are two separate parts of that total.

The table separates rewards by source, not by your local calendar date. A daily reward may also be available on the day you buy the pass; check the claim button in your game. An available but unclaimed reward should not be treated as part of the balance you can spend yet.

How many claims will cover your next purchase?

Suppose you already have 100 Diamonds and are planning a purchase priced at 300 Diamonds. These are example amounts, not a quoted price for a current MLBB item. After the 80-Diamond purchase grant, your balance would be 180, leaving a shortfall of 120. At 20 Diamonds per claim, you would need 6 daily claims to reach 300.

If only 3 claims fit before the offer ends, the same pass would bring that balance to 240 by the deadline: 100 already owned, 80 from purchase and 60 from claims. You would still be 60 short. The remaining daily rewards could help a later purchase, but they would not solve this deadline.

For your own calculation, subtract your current balance and the 80-Diamond grant from the target price. Divide any remaining shortfall by 20 and round up to a whole claim. A 41-Diamond gap needs 3 claims, because 2 provide only 40. If the result exceeds 7, one pass cannot cover the purchase from those funds alone.

Choice bundles are not extra spendable Diamonds

Codashop’s pass explainer also describes 7 Diamond Pass Choice Bundles. These contain selectable items such as Crystal of Aurora and Starlight Magic Fragments. Their usefulness depends on what you are collecting, but they belong outside the 220-Diamond calculation.

The distinction matters when a pass screen combines Diamonds with an estimated item value. An item valued in Diamonds does not necessarily add that many Diamonds to your wallet. For a shop purchase that asks for Diamonds, budget the currency you actually receive. Evaluate the choice bundles separately, according to the rewards you will use.

Weekly pass or direct top-up? Let the deadline decide

The weekly pass is easier to use when you have a planned purchase, several claim opportunities ahead and a habit of checking daily rewards. You can allow the balance to build before committing to the item. Without a verified local price comparison, however, the 220-Diamond total alone does not prove that the pass is always the cheapest route.

For a purchase you want to complete immediately, compare the shortfall with the usable balance a direct recharge would provide. You can review the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang top-up options once you know that gap. Compare the actual product type and confirmed Diamond amount, rather than assuming every recharge option includes a weekly pass.

A small immediate gap also does not automatically justify buying more than you planned. You could wait for another claim, choose a lower-cost item or let the offer go. The right comparison is the cost of finishing your intended purchase, including any extra balance you would otherwise buy simply to reach it.

Count claim windows, not just days on a calendar

Before buying for a time-limited offer, open both the pass page and the offer page. Check whether today’s daily reward is available and read the offer’s remaining time. A local midnight is not enough information to determine how many claims fit: what matters is the game’s reward reset and whether each claim becomes available before the purchase closes.

Keep the calculation tied to claims you can make. If a reward is already included in your current wallet balance, do not add it again. If the last claim becomes available after the offer ends, leave it out of that purchase budget. Those two checks prevent a correct weekly total from producing an incorrect spending decision.

For the 300-Diamond example, the decision is concrete: 6 claims fit before the deadline, or they do not. Check that window before buying, then claim the rewards and confirm the actual wallet balance before spending.
