Who Is Skirk?

Skirk is a limited 5-star Cryo Sword character, released in Version 5.7 (June 18, 2025). A mysterious swordswoman from the Abyss, she is the disciple of Surtalogi — one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah — and the master of Tartaglia (Childe), who taught him the Foul Legacy. Her constellation is the Phosphorus Star, and her in-game birthday is November 5.

Skirk is an on-field Cryo DPS with a completely unique resource system: she has no Energy Recharge. Instead, her Elemental Skill generates Serpent's Subtlety, a resource used to enter Seven-Phase Flash mode (Cryo infusion) and to cast her Elemental Burst. Her team is restricted to Hydro and Cryo characters only, making Freeze her natural home.

Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Foul Legacy — Sever

  • Performs up to 5 consecutive sword strikes.

  • Charged Attack: Consumes stamina to throw a spinning crystal spear.

  • Plunging Attack: Deals AoE DMG on impact.

Elemental Skill: Foul Legacy — Flash

  • Skirk gains 45 Serpent's Subtlety and enters Seven-Phase Flash mode.

  • Tap: Immediately enters Seven-Phase Flash.

  • Hold: Rapid movement with increased interruption resistance. Can move across water surfaces.

  • Seven-Phase Flash mode: Consumes Serpent's Subtlety over time. Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks deal unoverridable Cryo DMG. Elemental Burst is replaced by Foul Legacy — Fulfillment. Sprinting works on water.

  • Annihilation (Normal mode) : consumes at least 50 Serpent's Subtlety for rapid slashes dealing AoE Cryo DMG. Consuming over 50 (up to 12 extra) further increases damage.

  • Fulfillment (Seven-Phase Flash mode) : costs 0 Serpent's Subtlety. Grants Withering effect (lasts until mode ends), increasing Normal Attack DMG with each hit. If Void Rifts are absorbed upon cast, DMG increase is higher.

When a Hydro or Cryo party member hits an enemy, Skirk gains a Styx Crossing stack (20s duration, max 3, each independently timed). Increases Seven-Phase Flash Normal ATK DMG to 110%/120%/170% and Annihilation Burst DMG to 105%/115%/160% per stack.
