Last Asylum: Plague is a mobile 4X strategy and settlement management game set in a world devastated by a mysterious plague.

You play as a plague doctor responsible for managing humanity’s last sanctuary. Treat survivors, prepare remedies, gather timber, herbs, and food, build production facilities, expand living areas, and upgrade your refuge.
