Who Is Odette?

Odette is a limited 5-star Cryo Sword character released with Genshin Impact Version 7.0 on August 12, 2026. She is an off-field damage dealer and reaction support designed around Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl.

Odette summons a Solo Dance Double that remains on the field for 20 seconds, periodically dealing Cryo DMG and Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Her passive talents convert eligible Superconduct and Cryo Swirl reactions into their Stellar variants while increasing their base damage according to her ATK.

Her short field time, long Skill duration, and strong reaction buffs make her a valuable support for Cryo, Electro, Anemo, and Physical teams that can activate her Stellar mechanics.

Skill Mechanics and Talent Priority

Normal Attack: Snow Swan Variation

Odette performs up to five consecutive Sword strikes.

Her Charged Attack consumes Stamina to unleash a dazzling slash against enemies in front of her, while her Plunging Attack deals AoE DMG upon landing.

Normal Attacks are not used in Odette's standard rotation. This talent can remain at level 1 unless you intentionally want to play an unconventional on-field build.

Elemental Skill: Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers

Odette performs a graceful dance that deals AoE Cryo DMG and summons a Solo Dance Double.

If a Solo Dance Double is already active, casting the Skill summons it again and resets its duration. The summon remains on the field for 20 seconds and alternates between Plume and Wing dance moves, periodically attacking nearby enemies with AoE Cryo DMG.

For six seconds after casting Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers, Odette's Elemental Skill changes into the special Skill Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling.

Special Elemental Skill: Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling

Coda at Dawn's Tolling initiates a dance duet that deals multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG before finishing with another AoE attack.

The final hit is treated as Stellar-Conduct DMG or Stellar Swirl DMG according to Odette's current Radiance state.

Because this follow-up contains a large portion of Odette's personal reaction damage, it should always be used within the six-second activation window before switching characters.

Elemental Burst: Presto: Bluebird Finale

Odette performs a fast series of dance steps that deals multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG and summons her Solo Dance Double.

She also gains Snow Swan's Dream for 20 seconds, increasing the Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG she deals. At Talent level 10, Snow Swan's Dream provides a 50% Stellar Glimmer Reaction DMG Bonus.

For six seconds after casting Presto: Bluebird Finale, Odette can also use Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling. If her Solo Dance Double is already present, it is moved to her position and its duration is refreshed.

Odette's Burst costs 60 Energy, but it is not required in every rotation. Teams with limited rotation time can skip it and focus on her Elemental Skill.

Stellar Jubilee: Dance of Aurore

This passive allows Odette to enter different Radiance states:

  • Inside a Polestar Field, Odette enters Radiance: Stellar-Conduct.

  • After a nearby party member triggers Stellar Swirl, she enters Radiance: Stellar Swirl for eight seconds.

Under the appropriate state, Superconduct or Cryo Swirl is converted into Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl.

The base damage of the converted reaction increases by 0.7% for every 100 points of Odette's ATK, up to a maximum increase of 14%.

Pathetique of Pateticheskaya

For every 100 ATK Odette has above 1,000, her Stellar Glimmer DMG is increased by 1.5% of its original damage.

This passive can provide up to 30% additional Stellar Glimmer DMG, making ATK one of Odette's most important stats.

Priority

Talent

Recommendation

1

Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers

Odette's main source of off-field damage and Stellar Glimmer reaction damage.

2

Presto: Bluebird Finale

Upgrade if you regularly use her Burst for Snow Swan's Dream.

3

Snow Swan Variation

Not used in her standard rotation and can remain at level 1.

Odette's Elemental Skill should be raised to level 9 or 10 first. Her Burst can remain at a lower level in teams that do not have enough rotation time to use it consistently.

Best Artifacts for Odette

Artifact Set

Recommendation

Best Use

Heart of the Furnace 4-piece

Best overall option when no other teammate is using it. It increases Odette's ATK and provides a large teamwide Stellar Glimmer reaction damage bonus.

General support build

Disenchantment in Deep Shadow 4-piece

Best set for Odette's personal damage in Stellar-Conduct teams. It does not increase her Stellar-Swirl damage.

Stellar-Conduct personal damage

Tenacity of the Millelith 4-piece

Provides a teamwide ATK buff that Odette can maintain through her long-lasting Elemental Skill.

ATK-scaling teams

2-piece ATK + 2-piece ATK

Temporary option when the available pieces have significantly better substats.

Transitional build

Heart of the Furnace should usually be equipped when no other character in the party is using it. Multiple copies of its teamwide effect do not stack.

Disenchantment in Deep Shadow is stronger for Odette's personal Stellar-Conduct damage, but it does not improve her Stellar-Swirl damage. Use it only when another character already carries the team's support set or when maximizing Odette's personal damage is the priority.

Circlet of Logos

CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG

Substat priority: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > ATK% > Elemental Mastery > Energy Recharge

ATK% is generally the safest choice for both the Sands and Goblet because Odette's damage and passive bonuses scale with ATK. Once she approaches 3,000 ATK, Elemental Mastery becomes a competitive alternative.

CRIT DMG

Energy Recharge can usually be ignored when Odette does not cast her Burst every rotation. Teams that use Presto: Bluebird Finale consistently may need up to approximately 130% Energy Recharge.

Best Weapons for Odette

Weapon

Rarity

Recommendation

Whitelake Frostfeather

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Odette's signature and best weapon for personal damage. It provides CRIT Rate, ATK, Stellar Glimmer CRIT DMG, and Energy recovery.

Freedom-Sworn

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Strong support alternative that provides Elemental Mastery and a temporary teamwide ATK buff.

Primordial Jade Cutter

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent CRIT Rate weapon with a universally useful ATK conversion passive.

Azurelight

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Strong stat weapon with high Base ATK and CRIT Rate, although Odette cannot consistently use every part of its passive.

Mistsplitter Reforged

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Provides high Base ATK and CRIT DMG. Its passive is not fully utilized, but the raw stats remain valuable.

Emberwell

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Odette's best general 4-star weapon and the recommended craftable option. It provides Elemental Mastery, ATK, and Stellar Glimmer reaction damage.

Xiphos' Moonlight

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Support-oriented Elemental Mastery weapon that also increases the team's Energy Recharge.

Whitelake Frostfeather is Odette's best weapon for her own damage, but it does not provide a major direct team buff. As a result, the total team damage difference between her signature weapon and a strong free-to-play option can be relatively small.

Emberwell is the best practical choice for most players. At Refinement 5, it increases both ATK and Stellar Glimmer reaction damage after Odette triggers the appropriate reactions.

Key Constellations

Constellation

Effect

Recommendation

C1 – On This Danceless Morn, She Gazes at Her Reflection

Adds another instance of Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl DMG after Coda at Dawn's Tolling and grants additional Marvelous Splendor stacks.

Strong early damage upgrade

C2 – I Must See the Snow Swan's Unseen Dream for Myself, She Thought

Each Marvelous Splendor stack increases ATK by 7%. It can provide up to 42% ATK and reduces relevant enemy Elemental RES by 20%.

Best stopping point

C4 – Up, Up the Long, Delirious, Burning Blue

Shares part of Snow Swan's Dream with nearby teammates and unlocks coordinated Stellar Glimmer attacks.

Strong team and personal upgrade

C6 – Put Out My Hand, and Touched the Face of the Divine

Prevents Odette's own Marvelous Splendor stacks from decreasing and greatly elevates Stellar Glimmer reaction damage.

Premium maximum-investment option

Odette is complete and effective at C0. For players investing beyond C0, the recommended priority is:

C2 > C1 >>> Signature Weapon

C2 is particularly valuable because it combines a large ATK increase with rare Cryo, Electro, or Anemo RES reduction based on Odette's active Radiance state.

Best Team Compositions

Odette performs best with Cryo, Electro, and Anemo characters who can trigger, deal, or enhance Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl damage.

Odette can also support Physical damage dealers because Stellar-Conduct reduces enemy Physical RES by 40%. Eula and Razor can therefore use her alongside suitable Cryo and Electro supports.

Odette's basic rotation is simple:

Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers → Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling → Switch Character

This summons the Solo Dance Double, activates the special follow-up Skill, and allows Odette to continue dealing damage from off-field.

When using her Burst:

Presto: Bluebird Finale → Adagio: Coda at Dawn's Tolling → Switch Character

The Burst summons or refreshes the Solo Dance Double, grants Snow Swan's Dream, and immediately unlocks the special follow-up Skill.

Unscorched Blossom Branch is Odette's required boss material, while Frostfairy Flower is her Snezhnaya Local Specialty.

The Ethereal material series is required for both Character Ascension and Talent upgrades, so farming additional enemy drops in advance is recommended.

Because Snow Swan Variation is not used in Odette's standard rotation, most players do not need to farm the complete Triple Crown total.

Prioritize the materials required for Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers, then upgrade Presto: Bluebird Finale if you regularly use her Burst.

Final Verdict

Odette is one of the most important support characters for Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl teams. She combines long-lasting off-field Cryo damage with reaction conversion, reaction damage bonuses, and a short field-time requirement.

Heart of the Furnace is her best general support set, while Disenchantment in Deep Shadow is the best personal-damage set for Stellar-Conduct teams. Whitelake Frostfeather is her best weapon, but Emberwell offers excellent performance as a craftable alternative.

Odette is already complete at C0. C1 improves her personal damage, while C2 is the recommended premium stopping point because it provides up to 42% ATK and 20% relevant Elemental RES reduction.

Players building teams around Sandrone, Wriothesley, Cyno, Yumemizuki Mizuki, or Cryo Traveler will gain the most value from Odette's specialized Stellar Glimmer support.
