What Is the Heartopia Party Festival?
Party Festival is Heartopia’s limited-time social feature built around public parties and Party Blueprints.
Instead of designing every party space from scratch, players can choose a premade Blueprint, enter the prepared party area, and invite friends to join.
Heartopia’s earlier official Party Festival rules explain that Blueprints can come from both the Party Club and other D.G. Members. Different Party Festivals may also feature different Blueprint selections.
The September round follows this system while introducing a new batch of Blueprints.
How to Join the Heartopia Party Festival
The basic process is simple.
1. Open the Party Festival Page
Enter the event interface and browse the currently available Party Blueprints.
2. Choose a Party Blueprint
Blueprints may include official Party Club creations as well as designs made by other D.G. Members.
3. Select the Blueprint Card
Selecting a Blueprint can automatically assign a party space and teleport you into it.
4. Join the Party
Once inside, explore the space, interact with other players, or use the layout as inspiration for your own gathering.
5. Invite Friends
Players can invite friends after entering the Blueprint, making Party Festival especially useful for group gatherings and themed photo sessions.
What Are Party Blueprints?
Party Blueprints are prebuilt social spaces designed specifically for Party Festival.
They are not simply regular home-decoration plans.
A Party Blueprint determines the overall layout of your party space and can affect:
Where players gather
How easily guests move around
Where screenshots look best
How large or intimate the party feels
Which type of social event works best
Because different Party Festivals can feature different Blueprints, do not assume a layout you liked in an earlier Festival will always be available again.
Party Club vs Community Blueprints
Blueprint Type | Best For |
|---|---|
Party Club Blueprint | Players who want a polished, easy-to-understand layout |
D.G. Member Blueprint | Players looking for more creative or unusual designs |
Small Layout | Friend groups and quieter gatherings |
Open Layout | Larger public parties and social events |
Scenic Layout | Screenshots, costumes, and themed photo sessions |
There is no single “best” Party Blueprint.
The right choice depends more on what you want to do at the party than on which layout looks the most impressive in the preview.
What Should You Do First?
Rather than immediately hosting your own party, use the first part of the Festival to understand the new Blueprint pool.
Check Every New Blueprint
Each Party Festival can offer a different selection, so browse the full list early.
This helps you identify which layouts are best for:
Public gatherings
Friends-only parties
Costume screenshots
Group photos
Casual exploration
Join Before You Host
Visit other parties using the new Blueprints before starting your own.
This lets you learn:
Where players naturally gather
Which areas feel empty
Good screenshot locations
How easy the layout is to navigate
You can then choose your own Blueprint with much more information.
Match the Blueprint to the Party
A huge space is not always better.
For a group of three or four friends, an oversized layout can make the party feel empty. For a public gathering, however, a small layout may become crowded.
The best Party Festival strategy is therefore:
Choose the Blueprint based on the purpose of the party, not just its appearance.
Hosting vs Joining: Which Should You Do?
Joining is better if you mainly want to explore the new content quickly.
It lets you:
Preview multiple layouts
Meet other D.G. Members
Find photo ideas
Learn how different Blueprints work
Hosting makes more sense if you want:
A specific theme
A private gathering with friends
Control over the party atmosphere
A particular Blueprint for screenshots
You do not need to choose only one approach. Joining several parties first and hosting later is usually the most efficient way to experience the Festival.
Party Festival vs Echo of Ancients
One important point: Party Festival and Echo of Ancients are separate activities.
Festival Slabs and Collector’s Challenge belong to Echo of Ancients, not Party Festival.
Feature | Party Festival | Echo of Ancients |
|---|---|---|
Main Focus | Social parties and Blueprints | Collection and festival progression |
Party Blueprints | Yes | No |
Slab Mining | No | Yes |
Collector’s Challenge | No | Yes |
Party Festival End | Oct. 9 | — |
Collector’s Challenge End | — | Sept. 26 |
This distinction matters because the two events overlap, but their deadlines are different.
What Should You Prioritize While the Events Overlap?
If you are playing both events, deadline management matters more than trying to complete everything at once.
Before September 26: prioritize Collector’s Challenge tasks because that event closes first.
At the same time, enter Party Festival early enough to:
Check the new Blueprint pool
Visit a few public parties
Identify layouts you want to use later
After September 26: you can shift more attention toward Party Festival, which remains available until October 9.
This is more efficient than spending most of your early Festival time hosting parties while leaving a shorter event unfinished.
Festival Slabs Have a New Reset Time
Slab Mining is not part of Party Festival, but players doing both events should know about an important September change.
Festival Slabs now spawn at:
6:00 AM Server Time each day
instead of respawning exactly 24 hours after collection.
So if you are still playing Echo of Ancients alongside Party Festival, you no longer need to remember the exact time you mined the previous day’s Slabs.
Common Party Festival Mistakes
Mixing Party Festival with Echo of Ancients. Slabs and Collector’s Challenge are separate festival content.
Waiting too long to check the new Blueprints. Blueprint selections can change between Party Festival rounds.
Hosting before testing layouts. Joining several parties first gives you a better idea of what each space is good for.
Choosing the biggest Blueprint automatically. Larger spaces are not always better for small friend groups.
Ignoring the Collector’s Challenge deadline. It ends September 26, much earlier than Party Festival.
Using local time instead of Server Time. Both Party Festival dates are based on the game’s server clock.
