How the Stellar-Conduct Reaction Works

This field stores excess Cryo and Electro energy and converts it into buffs, increasing Stellar-Conduct DMG, Cryo DMG, and Electro DMG dealt by all characters within its range, while also reducing opponents' Physical RES. Certain existing Cryo and Electro characters receive unique enhancements while within the field.
Not every character can set off Stellar-Conduct, and most of the new talents only activate while a Polestar Field is present.
