Delta Force Season 11: Reorientation launched on September 8, bringing the new Support Operator Rover, Layali Grove 2.0, The Mog, new weapons, and the game's second-anniversary celebration. More importantly, the season has already changed since launch: Rover received a significant buff on September 17, and several new free reward events are now active.

What's New in Delta Force Season 11?

Reorientation is more than a standard seasonal reset. Its biggest additions affect both Operations and Warfare.

For players starting Season 11 now, the best priorities are unlocking Rover, relearning Layali Grove, progressing the anniversary rewards, and completing the newly launched Rally event.

How to Unlock Rover in Delta Force

Rover, whose real name is Rowan Walsh, is Season 11's new Support Operator.

The good news for F2P players is that Rover is available through the Season Pass free track, so you do not need to buy the premium Pass just to unlock him.

Rover's kit revolves around three main tools:

Man's Best Friend: Summons Clover, a military dog that detects nearby enemies, pursues targets, tackles them, and applies a Mark.

Dart Rifle: Creates an area that can pressure enemies while providing support effects to teammates.

Irritant Smoke: Forces enemies inside the smoke to cough, making it useful for disrupting defensive positions.

Rather than playing Rover as a pure healer, think of him as a support-disruption Operator who helps the squad locate enemies and create safer opportunities to push.

Rover Buffs: What Changed on September 17?

This is the most important update for anyone reading an early Season 11 Rover guide.

Garena significantly improved Rover on September 17.

The biggest improvement is not simply extra damage. It is Rover's increased ability uptime.

In Operations, reducing Clover's cooldown from 120 to 90 seconds means you can use your scouting and pressure tool much more often during a raid.

In Warfare, Rover gained an even larger overall upgrade. His Dart Rifle now deals more damage while also healing nearby allies for 7 HP per second for eight seconds, although taking damage interrupts the healing effect.

Is Rover Worth Using After the Buff?

Rover now makes more sense as an active squad Support.

In Operations, Clover is useful before entering buildings, pushing contested areas, tracking enemies hit by Rover's gadgets, and creating openings when your squad is unsure where an opponent is holding.

In Warfare, the September 17 changes make Rover more flexible. The Dart Rifle can pressure an enemy position and create a temporary healing area for teammates, while Clover offers additional disruption.

The key is not to treat Clover as a source of free kills. Use Rover to create information and pressure, then let your team capitalize on it.

Layali Grove 2.0: What Changed?

Layali Grove received one of the largest map refreshes in Season 11.

Three major areas were added:

• Serenity Bay

• North Slope Caves

• Haavk Underground Dock

Garena also expanded the map boundaries, connected more of the river network, changed some cover positions, adjusted insertion points, added new supply spawns, and reworked parts of the loot distribution.

The most important gameplay difference is that water is now a real rotation route.

Four Jet Skis can appear on the map, while the new Bounty: Wave Breaker task introduces an Assault Boat from Haavk Underground Dock. If Wave Breaker is inactive, two additional Jet Skis can spawn.

That means old Layali Grove habits are no longer always optimal. Before following your usual road rotation, check whether the river offers a faster or less contested route.

Layali Grove Extraction Changes

The Transnova Station train extraction has also changed.

Previously, players had to wait around five minutes. In Season 11, the door opens one minute after pulling the lever, with extraction becoming available three minutes later.

Combined with new insertion points and revised loot locations, this means old Layali Grove extraction timing should not be followed blindly.

Players returning after a break should spend their first few matches learning the new routes rather than forcing the same Season 10 loot path.

Bounty: Wave Breaker Explained

Season 11 also introduces the new Layali Grove flagship task Bounty: Wave Breaker.

The objective involves obtaining an Assault Boat hidden in Haavk Underground Dock, escorting it for Reis, and extracting it successfully. The boat remains usable once the task has been completed.

For regular Operations players, the important takeaway is that Haavk Underground Dock can now attract more traffic. Do not treat it like an ordinary new POI when Wave Breaker activity is nearby.

Which Anniversary Rewards Are Still Available?

This is where older launch-day guides can already be misleading.

The New Season Sign-In ran from September 8 to September 17, meaning that specific reward track has now ended.

However, the main 2nd Anniversary Celebration remains active until November 9.

By completing activity missions and earning event points, players can unlock rewards including:

• AUG – Golden New Year

• 2nd Anniversary Avatar

• Charm

• Calling Card

• Spray Paint

• Other milestone rewards

The event still has plenty of time left, so players joining Season 11 now have not missed the main anniversary progression.

Don't Miss Rally – Join & Win

A new reward track started on September 17 and runs through October 15.

Rally – Join & Win rewards players for joining or creating a Clan, logging in, increasing Clan membership, and playing matches.

The main free reward is the Epic QCQ171 – Tactical Armor firearm appearance. Other rewards include Elegant Black weapon appearances for the M1911, MCX LT, and M700, plus Calling Cards and Actions.

Best Season 11 Priority for F2P Players

If you are starting Reorientation now, a simple priority order works better than trying to clear every event at once.

1. Unlock Rover through the free Season Pass track.

There is no need to buy the premium Pass just for the new Operator.

2. Start the 2nd Anniversary Celebration.

The event lasts until November 9, but starting early reduces the amount of grinding needed later.

3. Join a Clan and progress Rally – Join & Win.

This gives you another free Epic weapon appearance before October 15.

4. Learn Layali Grove 2.0.

Spend a few Operations runs testing the new river routes, extraction timing, and POIs before relying on old paths.

5. Clear short weekly events before long-term activities.

For example, the current Operations and Warfare Weekly Supplies run from September 18 to September 24.

What You Don't Need to Rush Yet

Polaris Patrol is not live yet.

Although it is one of Season 11's headline features, Garena lists its start date as October 16.

The mode will introduce Desmoulins and Adjutant identities, Performance Rank progression, exclusive cosmetics, and limited collectibles.

For now, there is no reason to prioritize Polaris Patrol over events that are already active.

Season 11 has plenty to do without spending Delta Coins.

Free or progression-based content includes:
